Step 2: We start your painting
We have a network of artists who specialize in different styles and subjects. We will send your order to the artist most suitable for the subject matter you're requesting to be painted.
Step 3: Preview your painting
Once our artist has finished your painting, we email you a photo of the painting, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. Most of our customers confirm their oil portrait when receiving the first preview email. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to send us any modification request. Please make sure you have already informed us of any major changes you want from the photo because major changes at this stage may not be able to be accommodated.
Step 4: We finalize the painting
Step 5: Express delivery to your door
Once you have confirmed your approval of the portrait and made the final payment, we will package your painting and ship it to you. We offer "NO WORRIES SHIPPING" because all of our paintings are professionally packaged, shipped via FedEx, and are fully insured against loss or damage. If, for any reason, there is damage to your painting, we will repair the damage or commission a completely new painting to replace the damaged one. If you have requested that we do the framing, we will package the painting accordingly to protect it before shipping to you. If you have not requested framing, we will ship your painting rolled in a tube to protect it so that you can have a local frame shop do the framing.
